Principal and Founder, Douglass Talbot, began his career as a Civil Engineer working with developers on projects in Louisiana. Since that time he has held senior positions with two national real estate development firms and founded a successful real estate development company that specializes in waterfront and mountain development. Douglass is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina.
Gary Lattie, Partner Gary Lattie is a construction management professional experienced in the entire land development process including feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, acquisition, land planning, design development, construction, marketing/sales. He has specialized in developing large residential Planned Unit Developments (PUDs), commercial, residential & resort projects and related amenities. He is also experienced in both horizontal and vertical construction for commercial and residential applications and is adept in handling multiple projects. Overall, Mr. Lattie has over thirty (30) years experience in construction and land development throughout the United States and Caribbean.
